Grandson of a wine grower
Passionate about sport cars since an early age, Peter grew up in the Geneva countryside. He first learned to drive old cars recovered from the local scrapyard and transformed them in to all-terrain vehicles.
As soon as he recieved the logbook of his t in 1976 Autobianchi A112 Abarth, he entered jincanas with it as an amateur. Still a student in civil engineering at Geneva TECHNICUM, he acquired an ALFA ROMEO GTV in 2000 to pass, in 1977, his Swiss Racing License on Le Castellet in southern France.
A desire for independence and a strong dose of perseverance.
Climbing through the ranks, Peter gained further experience by competing in various formats; NSU TTS Group 2, Formula Super V Horag, Renault 5 Cup, Renault Elf Flying School at Magny-Cours and the semi-final of the Elf pilot 1981. In 1981 and 1982, Peter will competes in a Formula 3 Lola T672. It is during this time as committed as Racing Driver, Manager, Crewman and Organiser, that, taking part in various events in Switzerland, France and Germany, he realised his future was not necessarily in the Sport.
Thus, having participated to almost 90 races, at the age of 26, he decided to turn to a new challenge in the Luxury Car Rental Market. He opens a small arcade in the neighborhood of the largest hotels in Geneva, with very few resources, no particular knowledge of the field, but with a desire of independence and a strong dose of perseverance. He gains nevertheless a reputation for a personal service and with a dynamic team offers a 7 days a week service. He then decides to quit his profession as site engineer and devotes himself exclusively to pursue his passion, and this, for more than 38 years.
