Creation of the Company

Prestige Rent a Car is founded in December in Geneva with just one Luxury Range Rover, 4 doors, automatic, followed, within a year, by a BMW, a Cadillac, a VW and a Mercedes.

1985

CAAR Head Office

The International Cannonball Association of Automobile Raiders use Prestige Rent a Car for Head Office.

1986

Zurich Branch

Opening of the Zurich Branch and the purchase of many new cars: Porsche, Maserati, Jaguar, Rolls, Ferrari and Audi.

1987

Sponsorship & Boats

Prestige Rent a Car sponsors Philippe Favre in the UK Formula 3 Championship.
Boat Rentals with skipper is launched.

1988

Geneva Airport

– Opening of the ICC office, near Geneva airport.

– Expansion of our chauffeured limousine and mini-van service.

– Purchase of the first Mercedes Schulz 6 doors in Switzerland.

– Transport of vintage cars throughout Europe. Boat towing service.

1995

Geneva

Opening of the Central Geneva Office and of a 1800m² garage near the train station. New cars: Porsche, Maserati, Jaguar, Rolls, Ferrari and Audi.

2012

Prestige SA

Restructuring of Prestige Rent a Car. Prestige SA is founded for the rental of High End Vehicles while Chabé–Prestige SA offers chauffeur driven cars.
